Born in Moldova, Oxana left behind a full-ride scholarship and degree in Finance to move to the U.S. in 2007. Hair is in her blood. Her dad was the neighborhood hairdresser, and she was always fascinated with his tools. When she finally got licensed, she jumped in with both feet and couldn’t get enough education to polish her craft.
Oxana’s obsession with customer service, customizing exclusive formulas, and furthering her education keeps her inspired. She has taken classes worldwide, from a cutting course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in London to becoming MBA (Master Balayage Academy) certified in New York City. Her experience includes Fashion Week in London and New York, working as the Head Stylist at the FashionTV Eyewear launch in Paris, and volunteering her craft to make a difference in the lives of sex-trafficking survivors.
Oxana’s specialty is creating a natural look with balayage for blondes, brunettes, redheads, and clients with different hair types. She always works with at least 1–2 assistants and has 2–3 clients in her chair. Her assistants are highly trained and an important part of her clients’ appointments, performing blowouts, shampoos, color application, hot-tool styling, and more under her supervision and direction. Building, challenging, and encouraging her team to become the best stylists they can be is her priority.
