Shelby Dressel, LMT is a licensed massage therapist at Oxana Salon and Spa, passionate about helping clients relax, restore, and feel their absolute best. With a thoughtful, intuitive approach, Shelby customizes each session to meet individual needs—whether the goal is relieving chronic tension, reducing stress, or supporting overall wellness.

Every treatment is designed to promote balance, healing, and deep relaxation. Shelby is a graduate of the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies, the oldest school dedicated to holistic therapeutic massage in the state of Tennessee.

She specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Integrative Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. Through skilled technique and personalized care, Shelby creates a nurturing experience that supports both body and mind—helping each client leave feeling renewed, grounded, and truly cared for.
