Dr. Hemal Mehta, MD
Medical Director, Oxana Salon
Dr. Hemal Mehta is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with advanced expertise in non-opioid pain management, regenerative medicine, and integrative care. His clinical focus centers on improving function, mobility, and overall quality of life through evidence-based, non-surgical solutions.
Dr. Mehta earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at East Carolina University, where he was named Research Resident of the Year. He is also the recipient of the Inaugural Patient Appreciation Award from the Nashville Academy of Medicine.
He currently serves as Medical Director for multiple healthcare and wellness organizations and is widely recognized for his work in regenerative medicine and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
At Oxana, Dr. Mehta provides medical oversight, protocol development, and clinical compliance—ensuring all medical aesthetics services are delivered safely, ethically, and in accordance with Tennessee state regulations.

In partnership with Ariel Cooley, a respected leader in medical aesthetics, Oxana has taken a measured approach—prioritizing education, clinical standards, and the guest experience over speed or scale. Ariel brings extensive experience in medical aesthetics operations, clinical education, and practice development, having worked closely with physicians, nurses, and aestheticians across the country.
Together with Medical Director Dr. Hemal Mehta, this partnership ensures that Oxana’s medical aesthetics offerings are built responsibly—blending medical oversight with the elevated, relationship-driven experience guests expect from Oxana.
