Front Desk Associate
Full-Time/Part-Time
Position Overview:
The front desk is the first and last point of contact for our guests and the heartbeat of our guest experience. You will provide an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive until their next appointment is booked. This role requires a proactive, polished, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
Manage all appointment scheduling and confirmations with precision and courtesy
Promote and drive rebooking to support service provider success and ensure client consistency
Uphold and communicate all salon/spa policies and procedures with clarity and confidence
Process all transactions accurately including services, retail purchases, and gratuities
Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious front-of-house environment at all times
Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely flow and exceptional guest experience
Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
Handle guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and effective resolution strategies
Participate in ongoing education and stay current on all services, promotions, and products


Qualifications:
Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or luxury service setting preferred
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
Tech-savvy with familiarity in salon software
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Availability to workable shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
