Yes! Let's help each other make the most of our time by following our cancellation policy. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will result in a 100% charge.
 

To ensure each guest receives our best care, we ask for a 7-day contact notice from your original appointment if requested a redo appointment. We are more than happy to get you back into the salon as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut. Due to our no refund policy, we will schedule another appointment, whether it's with the same stylist or a different member of our talented team, entirely complimentary for you.

There is free, on-site parking available at the salon! Please park in the front or side of our building- there is plenty of space! Please avoid parking in our neighbor's parking lot. 

The stylist/guest relationship is both intimately personal and unique. As our guests here at Oxana salon, we understand schedules, prices, or different perspectives can be a factor in choosing the stylist for you. We encourage our guests to feel comfortable, at any time, to sit in another chair to find the right fit. We are one team full of talented stylists dedicated to providing you with the best service and experience.

We invite you to take advantage of our twenty // twenty referral program! Once you’ve come in to visit us, you are eligible to refer a friend and receive a special discount. Once your referral comes in for an appointment, you both receive $20 off your next service! Easy as that.
