SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

 All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on customer's order location. Oxana Salon does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All Oxanasalon.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. 

*Please allow 1- 4 days for processing on all orders. Should there be a significant delay in your order due to distributor delays, you will be notified via email. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Return & Exchange Policy

At Oxana Salon, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase with your original receipt. Please note that items purchased from oxanasalon.com must be returned to oxanasalon.com. They cannot be returned to a Consultant Salon or any other authorized retailer.

Returns are processed back to the original payment method used at purchase. You will be refunded the price of the product, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Customers are responsible for fees associated with shipping returned product back. Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped, arrives defective or damaged.
Returns are typically processed within 2-4 business days, after product has been received by the salon.
