Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of esthetic services including customized facials, waxing, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
Create a luxurious and welcoming experience for every guest by delivering results-driven services with exceptional hospitality.
Maintain a clean and professional treatment space that meets salon sanitation standards and protocols.
Attend and participate in all scheduled trainings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Actively promote and educate guests on skincare regimens and retail product offerings to support service outcomes and drive retail performance.
Adhere strictly to all salon policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintain valid licensure and stay current on industry trends and techniques.


Qualifications:
Active state Esthetics License required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a spa or salon preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and passion for guest care.
