Medical Aesthetician

Skilled and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, experienced in advanced aesthetic treatments, and committed to delivering a luxury guest experience. This role involves performing medical-grade services, educating clients on skincare, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including (but not limited to) dermal fillers, Botox, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade facials.
Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans based on client goals and concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate client charts and adhere to all compliance and safety protocols.
Assist in pre- and post-treatment education to ensure client safety, satisfaction, and optimal results.
Recommend appropriate homecare products and support retail sales through expert skincare knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and support overall clinic sanitation standards.
Collaborate with medical providers and team members to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
Valid state Esthetician or Aesthetician license (and required laser certifications based on state regulations).
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or similar setting preferred.
Proficiency in laser devices, microneedling systems, dermal fillers, Botox and corrective skincare treatments.
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and treatment indications.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and client-care skills.
Sales experience or comfort recommending homecare products.
