Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic enhancements, nail art, and spa-level treatments.
Deliver consistent, exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with salon and state board standards.
Stay current with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to offer guests innovative services.
Recommend and sell retail products to meet or exceed personal and team retail goals.
Accurately schedule, rebook, and confirm guest appointments as needed.
Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Participate in ongoing education and team meetings to contribute to the salon’s elevated culture and standards.
Adhere to all salon policies, protocols, and safety procedures.
Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the salon and spa.


Qualifications:
Valid state Nail Technician or Cosmetology license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-end or fast-paced salon environment preferred.
Skilled in gel polish, nail enhancements, and nail art.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Passion for learning, teamwork, and elevating the guest experience.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
