We are currently seeking Licensed Cosmetologists in Tennessee to join our Associate Program—a one-on-one, hands-on experience where you’ll be mentored by a seasoned stylist, refine your technical skills, and learn how to deliver luxury with heart.
What You’ll Do:
Show up with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a hunger to learn
Support your mentor stylist by staying on top of their daily needs and expectations
Maintain a clean, professional space—this includes laundry, sweeping, dishes, and sanitation
Shampoo, rinse, and prep clients using targeted treatments and conditioning
Practice modern coloring techniques like balayage, foilyage, highlights, and precision cutting
Build meaningful relationships with clients and remember their preferences
Sanitize and prep stations with consistency and care
Share product knowledge and services confidently and in line with salon guidelines
Hone your styling skills—round brushing, flat ironing, curling, and finishing
Be prepared to stand for long periods and work weekends as needed
Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the state of Tennessee
