Stylist

Stylists are part of an upscale commission-based team. 

We are a high-end, luxury salon operating under the Summit Salon Business Center model, dedicated to cultivating top-tier talent, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering meaningful professional growth. 

Our environment is polished, energetic, supportive, and driven by excellence. Stylists will work 3/12-hour shifts per week, offering an efficient and focused work schedule.

Core Responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional salon services to guests in a timely and professional manner 

• Build and retain a loyal guest book while delivering personalized luxury experiences 

• Educate guests on home care products and promote retail sales to meet monthly goals 

• Consistently work toward and achieve Summit-based service and retail growth benchmarks 

• Participate in salon education, meetings, and team-building activities 

• Adhere to salon cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards 

Requirements: 

• Valid cosmetology license (state-specific) 

• Must be able to work three 12-hour shifts weekly 

• Commitment to the Summit career path and personal goal achievement 

• Professional, polished, and fashion-forward dress code 

• Positive, team-focused, and coachable attitude 

Growth & Advancement: 

We believe in career acceleration through structure and support. Stylists have the opportunity to grow within the Summit levels, with promotions available as early as 3–6 months for those who meet key performance metrics in service sales, retail, pre-booking, and guest retention.
