Cancellation Policy
Your time is precious, so is ours. Let’s help each other make the most of it by following our cancellation policy. Please contact us within 48 hours' notice of your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will result in a 100% charge. In order to ensure each guest receives our best care, we ask for a 7-day contact notice from your original appointment in the event that a redo appointment is requested. We are more than happy to get you back into the salon as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut. Due to our no refund policy, we will get you booked back into the salon, whether it’s with the same stylist or perhaps a different member of our talented team, completely complimentary to you.
