Hi, I’m Lisia Tucker, a hairstylist and salon owner with a remarkable 43-year journey in the beauty industry. I graduated from Nashville Tech in 1982, and by 1983, I co‑owned a salon in Nashville. In 2005, I took a leap of faith and opened Aqua Bella Day Spa & Hair Studio here in Mt. Juliet—and what began as a small salon has grown into a flourishing beauty destination with over 35 talented professionals on the team.

My passion lies in color, cuts, and highlights, but above all, I’m driven by the opportunity to bring out each client’s natural beauty. I’ve built my career on the connections formed in my chair—getting to know people deeply, hearing their stories, and empowering them through hair. It’s truly inspiring to see a guest’s confidence bloom during our time together.

As the previous owner of Aqua Bella, I’ve had the honor of watching this community grow—literally and figuratively. I served on Mt. Juliet’s Chamber of Commerce board for 12 years and have seen firsthand how special this town is. Earlier this year, I passed the torch to Oxana Meade, and now continue to serve our amazing guests behind the chair three days a week.

Beyond the salon, I love speaking to aspiring stylists and supporting women in business. My role in this community warms my heart—I’m proud to help people feel seen, heard, and beautiful, both inside and out.

I’m truly grateful for every chapter of my journey—especially here, where Mt. Juliet embraced me when I was just starting out. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you feel radiant in your own story.
